Return and Refund Policy

At GRANDIOSE THE CRAFTS LLP (Asvaan), we ensure Assured Quality for every handcrafted product. Please read our detailed cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy
•⁠  ⁠Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered the dispatch phase.
•⁠  ⁠Process: To cancel, please email us immediately at asvaanofficial@gmail.com.
•⁠  ⁠Refund: If successfully cancelled within the timeframe, a full refund will be initiated and credited back to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
•⁠  ⁠Return Window: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
•⁠  ⁠Eligible Conditions: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or if the wrong item/size was delivered.
•⁠  ⁠Condition of Item: The garment must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
•⁠  ⁠Mandatory Proof: To process a damage or defect claim, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package.

3. Refund Processing & Timeframes
•⁠  ⁠Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 24 to 48 hours.
•⁠  ⁠Refund Issuance: Upon successful verification and approval of the return, the refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange & Replacement Timeframes
If you opt for a size exchange or a replacement for a defective product:
•⁠  ⁠Approval & Dispatch: Once your exchange request is approved and the original item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
•⁠  ⁠Delivery: The replacement product will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 working days after dispatch (domestic) or 10-15 working days (international).
