At Asvaan, we are proud to offer World Wide Shipping to bring our handcrafted apparel to you, wherever you are.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeframe
• Due to the Handcrafted Detailing and high-quality standards of our products, all orders require a processing and manufacturing period.
• All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• In case of high order volumes, stock issues, or unexpected delays, dispatch times may be extended. We will notify you by email or SMS where possible.
2. Delivery Timeframes
• Domestic (India): Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days.
• International: If and when we offer international shipping, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees, if any, will be the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected at the time of delivery as per local regulations. International deliveries may be subject to additional transit time due to customs clearance in the destination country and might vary from 8 to 15 working days.
• Remote or out‑of‑service areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges & Customs
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly mentioned on relevant pages or during checkout.
• For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, we provide easy order tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment's status in real-time.
• Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update on the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Orders
• Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery at least once to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate and accessible.
• If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, refusal to accept, or non‑availability of the recipient, we may cancel the order or reship it after confirming with you. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier delays, transport strikes, natural disasters, public holidays, lockdowns, customs procedures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
7. Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, with items missing, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date, with your order number and supporting photos (for damaged items).
• We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and, based on the outcome, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as per our internal policy.
8. Change of Address
• Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee any address modification.
• To request a change, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
